Rev. Don Allsman
An ordained minister, Don Allsman is Vice President of World Impact and the Satellite Director of The Urban Ministry Institute, World Impact’s urban leadership development center. He is also the co-dean of the School for Urban Cross-Cultural Church Planting, serving with Dr. Don Davis. Don earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at California State University, Fresno and a Master of Business Administration from Wichita State University before working in construction management, aerospace, and management consulting. Don and his wife, Cathy, have been missionaries with World Impact since 1991 and have two sons, Ryan and Mark.

Accreditation and Accredited Partnership Training
TUMI is unashamedly committed to academic excellence and quality leadership education, but has chosen to be non-accredited in order to keep our resources available to any and all deserving urban leaders seeking training. We do, however, partner with some accredited liberal arts schools and seminaries where our faculty teach and offer courses.

Certificate and Diploma Programs
The Urban Ministry Institute concentrates all of its educational programming on ministering effectively among city populations, and all our classes are taught in light of the needs of urban ministry. All of our courses can be applied to one or more of our Certificate or Diploma study programs: The Certificate in Christian Leadership Studies, The Certificate in Urban Theological Studies or The Ministerial Studies Diploma.
Satellite Summit
Each year, TUMI National hosts an annual Site Coordinator Training and Networking conferences we call our Satellite Summit. We designed this two-day conference to encourage our site coordinators, to strengthen their vision of leadership training and church planting movements in the city, and link likeminded leaders to network and consult with one another on themes and projects of interest.
