Romans 13.11-14
During the Season of Advent, we anticipate the promise of the coming of Messiah, and prepare ourselves for his coming with cleansing, repentance, reverence, and longing. Knowing that our Lord at any moment could appear, we ready ourselves, cast off the works of darkness, walk as those who are children of light, awakened from sleep, on the brink of a new dawn of righteousness and life.
